Note: Larger, more intricate productions may require additional time and resources. Custom pricing is available for highly detailed arrangements, orchestration, or specialized effects. Pricing is based on a standard estimated 3.5-minute song. If all of your songs are 5 minutes or longer, additional costs may apply due to extended recording, mixing, and mastering time.

Clients are solely responsible for securing all necessary rights to copyrighted material used in their recordings. Funky Monkey Studios LLC assumes no liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted content, including any legal consequences arising from such use.
Furthermore, Funky Monkey Studios LLC bears no responsibility for any issues, damages, or consequences related to any product created, recorded, produced, or otherwise originating from Funky Monkey Studios LLC once it has left the studio and has been deemed services rendered. Upon delivery, the client assumes full ownership and liability for any alterations, redistribution, or usage of the final product, and Funky Monkey Studios LLC has no further obligations regarding the work once transferred to the client. The studio is not liable for any third-party claims, modifications, or unintended use of the final product after delivery.
